Candidate information is provided for sponsorship review purposes and is treated by the Platform as confidential.
Authorized NRE 2 Personnel
Authorized personnel may access applicant, member, pairing, messaging, status, and administrative information as necessary to operate the program.
Service Providers
We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that help us operate functions such as:
- hosting;
- databases;
- authentication;
- email delivery;
- file storage;
- cloud infrastructure;
- spreadsheets and internal reporting;
- security;

Business Transactions
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
7. Internal Data Systems and Reporting
Information collected through Owners Club Connect may be maintained in Platform databases and authorized internal business systems.
The Platform currently mirrors information into internal Google Sheets, including information concerning applications, applicants, application details, participating Owners Club members, pairings, and messages.
The Platform also generates periodic internal activity exports for operational analysis.
Access to these systems should be limited to personnel and service providers with an appropriate business need.
8. Cookies and Automatically Collected Information
We and service providers supporting the Platform may use cookies, local storage, logs, and similar technologies to:
- authenticate users;
- maintain sessions;
- secure the Platform;
- remember preferences;
- diagnose technical problems;
- understand Platform usage; and
- improve performance.
Depending on the technologies implemented on the Platform, technical information may include IP address, browser information, device information, pages viewed, timestamps, and interaction data.
NRE 2 should confirm all analytics, advertising pixels, and tracking technologies installed on the Platform before this policy is published.
9. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
NRE 2 does not intend to sell applicants' personal information in exchange for money.
California privacy law may define “sale” and “sharing” more broadly, including certain disclosures used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If NRE 2 engages in activity that constitutes a sale or sharing under applicable law, we will provide any legally required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
10. Data Retention
Applicant profiles may be retained across Immersions so applicants can apply to future opportunities without recreating their profile.
An application for one Immersion remains separate from applications for other Immersions. The Platform is expressly designed around this distinction.
We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- operate the sponsorship program;
- maintain applicant profiles;
- maintain application histories;
- document sponsorship decisions;
- administer events;
- maintain security;
- resolve disputes;
- comply with legal obligations;
- maintain appropriate business records; and
- protect our legal interests.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no online system or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
12. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on applicable law and the nature of your request, you may request to:
- access certain personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- update account information;
- request deletion of certain information;
- obtain information about how your information is used or disclosed; or
- exercise other privacy rights available under applicable law.
Certain information may need to be retained where permitted or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, recordkeeping, or other legitimate purposes.
13. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, California law may provide additional rights regarding your personal information.
Depending on which laws apply to NRE 2 and the information involved, these may include rights to:
- know what personal information is collected;
- request access to personal information;
- request deletion;
- request correction;
- receive information concerning categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable; and
- exercise applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
To the extent NRE 2 is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), we will process applicable California privacy requests in accordance with that law.
